Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of corporate recruitment experience or 5 years in staffing recruitment, with a preference for candidates who have staffing account management experience. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and driving talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and ensure a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and provide insights on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and other creative approaches to identify and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values through various channels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate recruitment experience or 5 years in staffing recruitment.
  • Experience in staffing account management is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR software. Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize strategies.
