Seeking a proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, supplies, and support functions. This role ensures a professional and efficient workspace, acting as a primary contact for office resources and providing administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Mail & Packages: Receive, distribute, and manage all mail and packages.

· Reception Support: Serve as receptionist and assist clients and visitors.

· Supplies & Inventory: Order and maintain office supplies and marketing materials, manage inventory, and restock as needed.

· Facility & Equipment Management: Oversee office equipment (printers, Wi-Fi), coordinate maintenance and repairs, and maintain organized, clean common areas.

· Executive Support: Organize travel and expense reporting for Executive Team, as needed

· Event Coordination: Work with Leadership to organize year-round employee events, virtually and in person, as well as organizing Leadership office meetings

· Tech & Equipment Organization: Manage office tech inventory, recycling, and minor repairs.

· Other Duties: Coordinate parking, building access, and general office upgrades.

· Executive Admin Support: As needed, will assist the role of Executive Assistant in various responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience: 3+ years in office management or admin support.

· Skills: Highly organized, strong problem-solving, excellent communication.

· Technical: Familiarity with office equipment and supply management.

Salary

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00
